Meet the founders…
Oliver Jordan and Rawdon Adams founded CSA to bring senior, internationally-tested capital markets experience to bear on Caribbean opportunities with the conviction that, in this region, success depends on deep, trusted relationships across the region's institutions — earned over decades.
Between them they combine more than three decades of regional work with careers spanning the Canadian, UK and French markets.
The founding team has since been strengthened by the admission of Mark Hassell and Adrian Padmore as principals. In 2026 the firm advised on the first new equity listing on the Main Market of the Barbados Stock Exchange in over twenty years — the kind of market making transaction CSA was created to deliver.
